Another very good example of information leakage, and this time for the girls out there, is the case with George Clooney.
In 2007, George Clooney was hospitalized at Palisades Medical Center after motorcycle accident.
And within minutes, media knew everything about his condition and 27 employees were suspended for accessing his records and giving information away. Please note that it is not one person but 27 staff and within minutes. This case really highlight how easy is it for confidentiality to be breached with electronic health information system today.
